LG Optimus, Prime or not to Prime?

LG Optimus

Is the LG Optimus anything like its movie transforming counterpart? It is a cheap and readily available android, yes that’s right, android handset that is more than likely going to be available on a few different networks at different tariff prices.

The details are soon to be announced about the phone when people will find out if there are any good LG Optimus deals and more importantly any more LG Optimus offers which offer things like a new laptop with mobile broadband for an extra monthly fee or how about a brand new games console which is a good way of passing time if you are bored at home.

Only time will tell if the Optimus is going to be anything like the Optimus Prime of the phone world.

HTC HD2

HTC HD2

HTC HD2
The HTC HD2 is something that is; well to say the least innovative. It packs a punch with the 5 mega pixel camera and the capability to download copious amounts of apps off the Android market which is the same as the “App Store” from Apple, and finally, the most noticeable thing about this phone is its 4.3 in HD touch screen, this being a record breaker as the largest display on a mobile phone in the world. Even you granddad wouldn’t need glasses to read from this!

The HTC HD2 is also the first phone with Windows Mobile to use HTC’s sense user interface which is a customized overlay for Android that adds HTC’s widely renowned graphical interface to the sturdy Android operating system. HTC’s Android operating system is one to rival Apple’s OS 4.0 and with the Android operating system being used on more and more phones, like Google’s Nexus One and many other HTC phone’s, but with Google’s Nexus One set to be a big hit when it is released worldwide within the next few days, you could say that Android will soon be snapping at the heels of Apple and who knows in the not so distant future could leapfrog Apple on the smart phone leader board.

The boffins over at the HTC headquarters have also released, what you may call the HD2’s little brother, the HTC HDi. The HTC HD Mini is basically just a scaled down version of the HD2, with a 3.2 inch touch screen and still comes with a bang with its 5 mega pixel camera and Windows Mobile operating system like its “big brother” the HD2, and it is all topped off with a sleek and elegant design that is sure not make you stand out in a crowd for the wrong reasons, but for the right reasons.

All in all I would say that the HTC HD2 is a great phone and is definitely one to rival the likes of the iPhone and maybe one day, well who knows..
